Thank you for choosing SZS Mykonos Transfer for your transportation needs. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your booking.
Partial Refunds
We understand that plans can sometimes change. Therefore, bookings cancelled at least 3 days prior to your scheduled service are eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking cost. The remaining 20% covers administrative and processing fees.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled service. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, any changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that changes may affect the refund eligibility if they result in a cancellation within the non-refundable period.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made within 2 days of your scheduled service, the booking is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible cancellation, please contact us via e-mail at: szsmykonos@gmail.com with your booking details and the reason for cancellation. Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.
