Service Terms & Conditions

• Fuel & Taxes: All prices include fuel, local taxes, and professional chauffeur fees.

• Usage: The selected hours must be used continuously. Unused hours are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to another day.

• Overtime: Any service exceeding the booked timeframe is subject to an additional charge of €100 per hour, payable directly to the driver or via the booking link, subject to availability.

• Night Operations: All night shifts and late-hour transfers are included in the package with no extra surcharges.

• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Parking & Waiting Policy

• Parking Fees: Please note that all private parking fees at beach clubs, restaurants, or villas are not included in the package price. Should you require the vehicle to be stationed inside a specific venue’s parking area, the cost is to be settled directly by the client.

• On-Call Availability: To avoid unnecessary parking charges and traffic congestion, our chauffeur can remain on standby at our headquarters. In this case, please provide a 20-minute notice via WhatsApp before your desired departure time, and your driver will be at the entrance of your location.
